Hi, My RutX11 don't connecting to the data internet. After a normal restart it stopped working.

Hi,

1. Have you tried setting a custom APN?

2. Are your antennas tightly attached?

3. Have you tried restarting the modem? Status > Network

4. Did you try using a different SIM card from a different operator?

5. Did you try resetting your router to factory defaults?

yes I did them all. i noticed he can't connect if i set manual bands. in my case they have always been manual with windtre channel 3 and 7 aggregates. now in manual it does not engage but automatically sets the same 3 and 7 aggregate.

Could it be that you're using two SIM cards with the same manual band selection?

I use only one SIM but I"ve tried slot 2 then there are two same profile but only one have insert a SIM

Could you try then connecting to your operator manually and maybe try switching APN's from the given list when Auto APN is unticked?
