I cannot connect access the WEBUI using the USB port of my TRB145, nor can I successfully reset/reboot. The device is still sending MQTT data via the Modbus Data to Server operation. 

What can I tell you?

  1. I uploaded the following pre-release firmware, which added "Client ID" feature in the Data to Server (MQTT) - this worked so I can add Client ID to allow MQTT TLS to AWS IoT https://kaunas.teltonika.lt:444/d/4bb93113788e40b2ab63/
  2. LED all look correct.
  3. Have tried both manual reset (5 sec) and reboot (>5sec). Not sure the reboot worked as data is still being sent so configuration was not cleared?

Hello,

I suggest turning your device off by unplugging the power cable and check if something changes when you plug the power on again. After that check, if you can reboot your device. If that does not work, you will need to use fastboot on your TRB145.
