Hi,

I am using Remote Desk function of RMS Connect, to access VNC server of a HMI touch panel linked to a RUT955 router inserted with SIM card.

When I reboot the router, or power off & power on the router, the previously generated Remote Desk access link becomes invalid. Need to generate a new access link to perform the remote access to the VNC server of the HMI.

Is it normal?

Hello,

It is normal that the device link needs to be regenerated, as the tunnel that gets created when you generate a link goes down when you lose your connection or restart your device.
