Question

Hi!

I recently configured a batch of 20 RUT955, one of them won´t start up. All leds light up when powered on but don´t go out after a few seconds like they normally do. Is the device dead or are there any tricks I could try first?

Hi,
If it doesn't boot up normally like the others, you might try this: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/Bootloader_menu

This will let you flash the firmware on your RUT955 again and will automatically reset if there's something in the software that doesn't let it boot up.

If it won't help - please consider returning that particular device to the reseller.

Thank you very much for the tip EB! I initially tried to update the firmware but it didn´t work, but after updating the uboot and then the firmware it seems to work as normal.
