Hello

We changed our mind after creating tenants in the RMS. We now want to have a Main company account and sub accounts for our customers

Now we can not use our email adresses anymore in the Main Company as they are already used in useless tenants

Please advise how to completely delete a tenant from the RMS and freeing our email adresses at the same time

Hello,

What do you exactly mean by saying the word tenants?  If you have in mind that you have invited certain users under companies, please write me a private message with the company name, user's email addresses, and I will remove them. After that, you will be able to invite them under the main company.
