Bought new RTU950 Problem "Modem not Detected"

Hi,

We have bought new RUT950 and it has exactly the same problem "Modem Not Detected".

Please help how could we get this issue solved. It is critical for us.

Hello,

Could you try upgrading the RUT950 firmware to the latest one? Try also connecting the two mobile antennas to the device when testing it with sim cards. If the issue persists try executing this command in CLI: /etc/init.d/gsmd restart

If still the issue remains I would like to ask a copy of the troubleshoot file of RUT950 you can send it via PM

Updating firmware solved it

We found exactly the same problem "Modem Not Detected" on Rut955, but after upgrading firmware to RUT9_R_00.07.02.3 does not solve the issue and running the command via cli doesn't solve it either.
