Hello,

when I connect my freshly received TRB140 to my windows 7 latptop through USB, the ADB interface driver isn't found, and all networks don't work anymore. When I unplug the TRB140 USB, Internet and network is reachable again.

I'm connected to the network through RJ45 and Wifi. Both connections remain connected when the TRB140 USB is plugged but all devices of the network and Internet are unreachable.

I have the same behavior on Windows 7 computers, but it works fine with Windows 10 computers.

Regards,

François

Hi,

Can you check the metrics on network adapters on Windows 7? It could be that somehow Windows 7 prioritizes the USB interface over other network adapters.

If it's all blank, just try setting lower metric value on the other network adapters and setting something higher on the USB one.

For example WiFi card network adapter settings, metric: 1

And USB metric is 2 or any higher number than 1.
