says license expired but I have adequate licenses on my RMS to cover it

I would like to ask you if you could check if you have enabled the service and auto-extend features in your RMS account for the device. You can do that by navigating the Main menu > Services > Management. It should look like this (both service and auto extend should be enabled):

If that does not help, please send me a private message with your company name and device serial number.
