Hi,

 Could you confirm that the sys upgrade on the modem need to be pushed manually via RMS? Also if you loose the conenction and the upgrade times out, we need to push again the upgrade manually? I noticed that it will restart anyway from the percentage it got before it disconnected.

Hi,

If RMS started a process of some kind of firmware upgrade or like pushing the backup - it will only start it and will not check if it was successful, so in case your update has been canceled or interrupted in the middle - RMS will not restart the process, you will have to do it manually.
