I have followed the same procedures as others have (updated firmware to 1.13.3, rebooted with sim in, waited 10 minutes after reboot) but without any luck. I am using a nano sim to standard sim converter which could be the issue, but I would like to check the logs first. I have a troubleshooting file to provide. Please let me know who to send it to.

You can send the troubleshoot to me.

Also, answer some questions if you can:

- Did you try any other SIM card to make sure the converter is the issue?

- Have you tried restarting the modem while SIM is inserted? You can do that in Status > Network.

- Was everything working alright at some point?
