Hi,
I had a device on the RMS that I had turned off "Monitoring" via the Services>Management menu. The device had been connected to RMS while Monitoring was enabled.
I have turned it back on recently but after about 30mins the device is not online on the portal. I cannot tell if the device is actually offline, or if it takes a certain time before the device can appear on RMS.
Could you please let me know how long a device is expected to be take to appear on RMS after Monitoring has been enabled?
