I purchase the above device from Amazon and I am missing one of the sim trays.

I spoke with Amazon and unfortunately they do not have one to send me.

How can I get one tray? Is it the same as another device, so I could order that instead?

Hi,

All SIM trays on our products are the same, so you will be able to use let's say RUT240 sim tray on your RUTX11.

If you're not interested in returning the whole product and get a different one with trays - then you can easily order just a tray from any other of our products.

Try to look for tray only, as you don't need a mechanism itself and you would pay much less.
