RUT240 connects to internet but wifi connected devices have no internet connection

I have set up my RUT240 and if I connect with a LAN cable I have internet access (30Mb/s download).

However wifi devices can connect to the router with a strong signal but they have no access to the internet.

Is there a parameter that needs to be setup?

Hi,

  • What kind of WAN set-up did you do with your RUT240? Do you use Mobile, Wired-WAN or you connect to WiFi?
  • Did you make sure that you have the latest firmware version?
  • Have you tried resetting your device and configuring everything again?
  • Are your WiFi devices set to automatic DHCP configuration or do they have static addresses?
