New router, Hardware Rev. 1714, Kernel 3.18.44 Boot 3.2.6
After setup and WAN operation mode setting
• 1. Main WAN Wired
• 2. WAN Fallover Mobile (with insert SIM 1)
• 3. Wan Fallover Wifi + Router selection with access data

After that everything works fine.
Power off and move router to a new position -power on again - router starts - but no functions, LEDs green. The Router is not longer visible and not selectable as a WLAN router.
Reset with factory default necessary and complete new setup necessary then the router runs until the power is going off again…
Reset with secured standard setting does not work either.

Broken router or problem with WAN Fallover WIFI connection?
What can I do ?
Thank you for your support
Andreas from Germany

I`ve got completely the same issue, but with the actual firmware.

Is there any other way to solve the issue? Router is installed in our campervan and we are not home for the next month(s)

Hi,

It sounds like something is wrong with the flash partition, but the reset function shouldn't do anything in that case.

Could you check if you have the latest firmware version installed?

Also, try updating the firmware through https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/Bootloader_menu

If it still acts the same - after reboot it does not function properly, please return the device to the reseller.

The firmware update solved the problem - thank you very much!
