Question

After firmware update, 4G config , network adjustment, save config  and several power cycle RUTX12 was working ok .

I switch off last night and now impossible to restart.

Reset config with the time for factry reset and not working...No acces to the web page ....

Only power led and letwork led is working .

Hi,

Sorry for these issues. It sounds like it's a hardware issue as there were no other anomalies like this reported with the newest firmware installed.

Please return the device to the reseller due to hardware issues.
