Hi,

I have encountered issue for RUT240 where the connection to 4G/3G is intermittent. Even after setup ping reboot does not seems to resolve the issue. Have tried with other router in the same location and no issue with the connectivity.

Hello,

What is the signal strength of the router? Perhaps you are in a bad service area?

The description doesn't give me much to work with. If the problem is due to the router or modem, it should be visible in the troubleshoot file. Can you provide it?

Important note: delete any passwords or other confidential information (like WiFi AP passwords, Public IP addresses, etc.) from your configuration before downloading the troubleshoot file.

I am experiencing similar issues. The ping latency on most of our routers is around the 90ms mark. However, occasionally (for no apparent reason) the latency jumps to around the 300ms mark. As a result, we cannot connect to the PC behind the router. This is causing us some serious issues. Any advice?

P.S.we have good signal strength, minimum of 3 bars constantly.
