Hi,

I cannot save my MQTT private key in the advanced sender settings (data to server menu). 

The WebUI display an alarm "Private key cannot be empty". Nevertheless the uploaded file is not empty. It has the extension '.key'.

Any ideas to solve that issue ?

Hello, 

For this issue, you are having could you try checking the firmware if it is on the latest one?

You can find the latest firmware available on this link: FW & SDK Downloads - Teltonika Networks Wiki (teltonika-networks.com) 

If it is on the latest one I would like to request a  copy of the troubleshoot file of the device and a copy of the said private key file.
