Have a nice day,

I plan to connect and fly using the TRB245 device in an aircraft. I have not seen any problems with the device in the tests I have done so far. I had the opportunity to connect via mobile and test it in manual flight. While doing our manual tests, we observed that the GPS we installed on the autonomous side of the vehicle failed. We installed a new GPS antenna and we did not receive a GPS failure in this case, as I thought it might be a malfunction, but after a while we lost connection with the modem. We have received this connection problem similarly a few times and we do not think of a solution right now. What kind of problems can be mobile antenna of the device and the GPS antenna in the vehicle create between each other? Do you have any information about this subject? I would like to add that the GPS side is not active on the modem side. We are doing these tests using the mobile antenna sent inside the product package.

Hello!

Please tell me the model of the GNSS antenna, in which a similar situation arises?

Hello

Gnss antenna model link we use in the vehicle:

https://www.u-blox.com/en/product/ann-ms

We work at different frequencies. We only use the mobile antenna in the modem. The modem's GPS antenna is not installed.

What kind of problem can occur between GNSS and modem? Have you ever encountered a situation like this?

Hello!

I have not met a similar situation before, but could you please send the troubleshoot file to me in the LAN so that I can see the device logs.
