Hello I am experiencing periodic disconnections, once every hour or 2, while looking into kernel log it looks like mobile modem is periodically detached and re-attached to ttyUSB. Using only SIM1.

I am unsure these ttyUSB disconnections affect MODEM 1 (as it seems modem 1 is USB0 to 3). Is this a normal mechanism related to Modem 2 which is not supplied with a SIM ?  Can you help looking what is going on and try understand if the disconnections are related to HW or network ?

This issue drops the online conference sessions randomly..

Hi,

You're right, this isn't normal and we had several devices having this issue - if it's one of many devices - just return it to the reseller, but before that try these options:

- Swap SIM card into another SIM tray slot.

- Update your firmware to the latest one, because I see you're not on it.

- Try resetting the device.

If the issue is still there - return it to the reseller and ask for a replacement.
