I am trying to acces the webGUI from VPN (openVPN clud).

The connection appears to be estabilished, but:

1) pinging the router IP I get the answer "destination port no available"

2) trying to acces by web browser (chrome) I get the answer "ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED"

What could I do?

Hello,

Could you check what firmware are you using ?

Can you try upgrading to the latest ?

If issue persists after the upgrade kindly share a troubleshoot file for the device , before downloading the troubleshoot file.

Make sure device is powered on for 15-20 minutes.
