Question

Morning all !!!

I can’t get my router to work with my 5G SIM card.... it works fine with my old 4g one ...

Any ideas???  !!!!

Hello, 

Just a heads up our Teltonika devices don't support the 5G Network as of now. But it should work running it in 4G or LTE may I know if this sim card is only working on 5G or also works with 4G? If it is supporting 4G then it would be best to check what frequency band is the sim card using.
