Good morning,
From RMS, both the Web UI and the CLI icons are available for a specific RUT240. When I click on the WebUI icon, I get access to it as expected. When I click on the CLI icon, I get the message "Device could not be reached".
My procedure: Click on the CLI icon, and click on "Generate". For most of my devices, a link shows up which I use to access the RUT240's CLI. On this specific device, I get the message indicated above.
I did observe that when I come into the RUT240 from the ethernet side (via the computer connected to the the RUT240), I cannot ping rms.teltonika.lt from the RutOS CLI.
Any ideas what I can look for?
