RUT950 DDNS trouble

Hi,

We have 10 RUT500 and 950 working with custom DDNS http://www.xxx.pt/nic/update?hostname=[DOMAIN]&myip=[IP]

The routers are working in a M2M private ISP network and works flawless without any problem.

We have now more  30 RUT950 running last firmware RUT9XX_R_00.06.07 but the DDNS doesn't work as the previous models.

We have setup for custom DDNS server ans we have tried "PRIVATE" , "PUBLIC" and "CUSTOM" WAN1, WAN2 and WAN3 but there is no server inquiry on any option

 "GET /nic/update?hostname=p17.xxx.xxx&myip=10.84.118.96 HTTP/1.1" 200 4 "-" "curl/7.29.0" on server side.

Anyone has an idea how to solved this?

Any Help would be appreciated

Solved!  A setup mistake! Even with a private network, the lookup host has to be a public IP host
