We do not give out bootloader files like that, so you will have to test some things first.
- Try resetting your router to default factory settings by holding the reset button for 5-6 seconds.
- Carefully login with the default credentials admin / admin01
- Try SSH'ing into your router with credentials root / admin01
- See if you have the right language selected in your OS.
- Try connecting with WiFi devices and see if logging in through them makes any difference.
- Also, you could try the bootloader menu:

Flash the latest firmware available through this menu and see if anything changes.
