Hi,

Are you able to ping your IP from an external network?

If not - it means that your IP is not public, port forwards will not work properly if your IP is not public.

If you know that the operator gave you a Public IP - there should be also an exclusive APN for that, you can set it in Network > Mobile page of WebUI.

Hi,

Yes. I can ping from external network.

Already set the APN type to custome and fill in the APN in the Customer APN text field.

When i scan the port from external using the public ip, show no port was open.

Ports will show as closed if they're not active or used by anything.

Could you please reset the router to factory defaults and after that only enable those tickboxes in System > Administration > Access control allowing remote access, don't change firewall rules as they will change automatically.

Hi,

It work after reset the modem to factory default.

But we need to point the port 80 to the server with LAN cable connected and change the modem webUI from 80 to 8080. May i know how to configure that ?

by anonymous
Port 80 of HTTP could be changed in the same page where you've enabled remote access, System > Administration > Access control.

And the rule you've created is okay.

Hi,

It work after i change from 80 to 8080. Now it can be access from http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8080

Now i need to point port 80 to LAN device with ip 1.1.1.55 port 80. but it can't work.

by anonymous
Ok, so as you're using 8080 as a remote access port - it will not open 80 anymore.

Go to Traffic rules and scroll down until you see Open ports on router, include port 80 in there.

Then go to Port forwardings and create that rule that port forwards from WAN 80 to LAN 1.1.1.55:80.

Hi EB,

Open ports on router. Network > Traffic Rules

Port forward. Network > Port Forwarding

Both setting have been Save. But still can't access port 80 from WAN.

Could you try opening another port like 90 and then port forward 90 to 80 in your LAN device?

Hi EB,

I have open port 90. Still the same result.

Network > Traffic Rules

Network > Port Forwading

Scan port 90 from 3rd party result.

Hi EB,

Actually i need to open 3 ports (22,80,3306). I open all these port and do port forward.

When i do the port scan

  • port 8080 and 433 are open.
  • port 22, 80, and 3306 are filtered.
  • the other port all close.

Could you restart the router and then check?

Hi EB,

I reboot plenty time. Even on and off the power.

Could you please reflash to the latest firmware version again, but this time using the bootloader menu?

https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/Bootloader_menu

Maybe something is wrong with the firewall service.

Check your Port Forwarding and Traffic Rules.  You have the same ports going ‘to this device’ and to ‘127.0.0.1 on LAN’.

This could be causing conflict.  Perhaps consider using different ports ‘to this device’ and specify the TCPIP of the device on LAN (not 127.0.0.1) to direct those ports.

System > Administration > Access Control > General

Change the port numbers for accessing the modem ‘to this device’ and the Traffic Rules will change to the new ports.
