Hi,

Are you able to ping your IP from an external network?

If not - it means that your IP is not public, port forwards will not work properly if your IP is not public.

If you know that the operator gave you a Public IP - there should be also an exclusive APN for that, you can set it in Network > Mobile page of WebUI.

Hi EB,

Actually i need to open 3 ports (22,80,3306). I open all these port and do port forward.

When i do the port scan

  • port 8080 and 433 are open.
  • port 22, 80, and 3306 are filtered.
  • the other port all close.

Could you please reflash to the latest firmware version again, but this time using the bootloader menu?

Maybe something is wrong with the firewall service.

Check your Port Forwarding and Traffic Rules.  You have the same ports going ‘to this device’ and to ‘127.0.0.1 on LAN’.

This could be causing conflict.  Perhaps consider using different ports ‘to this device’ and specify the TCPIP of the device on LAN (not 127.0.0.1) to direct those ports.

System > Administration > Access Control > General

Change the port numbers for accessing the modem ‘to this device’ and the Traffic Rules will change to the new ports.
