Hi,

Could it be that you have a guest network on RUT955 or a different subnet when connected to AP?

If you're not sure, please reset the device to factory default settings and take a look at this wiki page:

https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT955_Wireless

With simple AP, without editing anything - you should be able to reach the RUT955 WebUI page when connected to its AP.
