hey there,

i have new RTU240 modem. i have inserted  the sim card and also got the public IP. but not able to connect to it remotely.

Hello, 

For the issue of yours, I would like to confirm if you enable remote access on the RUT240 itself? 

You can do it by navigating to System > Administrator > Access Control 

Enable Remote HTTP access, Remote SSH access (For SSH), and Remote CLI Access (For router CLI to work remotely)
