Hello,

Some months ago I made some changes by SMS, since that time I cannot access the router. Probably I switched of the mobile functionality. Is there a way to reactivate the mobile connection so I can change the wifi passwords and so? The router is on our boat 100 miles from here. The router does not respond to any command.

May i know if your device is registered on RMS ?

Does your device has enough text messages ? 

If you send command status does it responds  ? 

admin01 reboot  (Device password status).

If following doesn't works try to register device on RMS. Its free for the 1st time for a month. There you will have a full access to the device. If RMS is enabled in the administration.
