RUT240 lost data connection for 5 days still now,  but receive SMS and never re boot in the SMS order.

Very Anoying customer. please help, it's difficult to reach the router phisically.

Hi,

Which tests you did to know the data connection was lost?

Which syntax did you use for the SMS reboot?

Do you have a VPN connection or RMS account to try to access to it?

Can you please provide more information about your issue? Only this isn't enough to troubleshoot the device.
