HI There, I'm looking to get the bootloader files for two RUT240 devices. I've attempted the firmware update on them and still getting the same problem after firmware update. All lights are green and won't go off when you power the devices up. Factory reset won't work. Same issue. Only thing I can try is the bootloader now.

Thanks

Btw, I have peformed all of the following

- Try resetting your router to default factory settings by holding the reset button for 5-6 seconds.

- Carefully login with the default credentials admin / admin01

- Try SSH'ing into your router with credentials root / admin01

- See if you have the right language selected in your OS.

- Try connecting with WiFi devices and see if logging in through them makes any difference.

- Also, you could try the bootloader menu: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/Bootloader_menu

Flash the latest firmware available through this menu and see if anything changes.

Hello,

We do not recommend upgrading the bootloader itself (if something wrong happens while upgrading the bootloader, your router could brick). What I suggest for you now is to upgrade firmware to the latest via the bootloader menu. Please follow this link for the instructions:https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT2xx_Firmware_via_The_Bootloader_Menu

Regards.

Hi There,

I have tried this and it still doesn't work. After a few minutes the device just lights up all it's lights and they stay on. I can't log into it using the static IP address assignment or DHCP.

This is why I'd like to try the bootloader option.

Thanks

I would recommend contacting your reseller about this issue and arrange a return for these devices. If you are a reseller then please contact the Teltonika sales manager about sending the device back to us for repairs.

Regards.
