I can't add a device to rms returning these errors: 

  • Device with identical serial number is already registered.
  • Device with identical MAC address is already registered.

Can you please help me?

Hello,

Could you send me a private message with your device serial, LAN MAC address, and physical proof (photo) that you own the router?

Hello,

I have removed your answer with serial and MAC information. Always keep this information private and do not post where anyone can see it (I have asked to send a private message with this information). Regardless, please try to register your device to the RMS system again, everything should be fine this time.
