I have just updated my Rut950 4glte and now it is not recognising the sim card. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

What was the firmware version that you have used before and which one are you using right now? What SIM card do you use? Could you check if you are using auto or manual APN settings (Network > Mobile)? We do suggest using manual APN settings. Also, what is the status of the SIM card in the Overview window?

I am unsure what the previous version was (sorry) but it has not been updated since new (5 years ago ish).  I have now updated to the latest version.

EE sim

There is no settings anymore....

Sim staus says it is not inserted.

Please send me a troubleshoot file from your device via private message. You can download troubleshoot by navigating router WebUI > System > Administration > Troubleshoot.
