RUT955, Firewall-rule: Block incoming, allow outgoing

Hi there

I am having difficulties to configure this simple firewall rule on a RUT955: 

  • ALLOW ALL outgoing traffic from LAN -> WAN
  • BLOCK ALL incoming traffic from WAN -> LAN (Except RMS-related traffic like WebUI, CLI-access)

I appreciate any help,

Hello,

By default Teltonika devices block all the incoming packages and the outgoing packages are enable by default too.

Nevertheless, you can use the firewall options to achieve your goal.

Droping all the packages for any table --> https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT955_Firewall#General_Settings

Allowing/Blocking specific zones --> https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT955_Firewall#Zone_Forwarding
