Hello teltonika community.

I tried to fatcory reset my TRB245, which resulted in RS485 service missing in WEB UI, furthermore i was unable to Upload Azure IoT Hub package.

Prior to the factory reset, it worked just fine

Current FW version is TRB2_R_00.02.06.1

Hello, 

Regarding the issue you are having I would suggest upgrading the firmware of the device via bootloader menu mode. 

You can follow  the steps provided in this link: TRB245 Device Recovery Options - Teltonika Networks Wiki (teltonika-networks.com)

The latest firmware must be uploaded to 192.168.1.1/index.html webpage.
