When we make a restart of the RUT240 it will not connect to the internet. It is searching for the pin of the sim-card, but this is recorded.

Hi,

Could you please give more information about your issue? I didn't really understand some of the parts like searching for the ping and "this is recorded"?

Is it only the data connection not working? Or your operator doesn't show up as registered too?

Have you tried updating the router to the latest firmware version?

Have you tried resetting the router?

Have you tried manually connecting to the operator you're supposed to be connecting to?

When does the router make the connection if you're saying it happens every restart?
