Question

Hi,

we having some problems on procedure of fw update, the procedure fails when we try to flash firmware built from us.

We built a firmware with SDK 02.06.1 following these additional steps:

• Qt5 added to feeds.conf.default file
• Qt5 packet with his dependances selected on menuconfig
• make

Stock FW version : 02.05.2

Built procedure has finished with success.(we already follow these steps for RUT950 without problem)

When we try to flash firmware the router load correctly the file but after restart the firmware will not updated.

We tried to flash

• 02.06.01 official firmware
• 02.06.01 custom firmware

After restart the router will bring back stock firmware (02.05.02)

Can you help us?

Hi, 

• Regarding to custom firmware, Teltonika doesn't provide support for differents firmware that are not the official ones.

• If your custom firmware affected the TRB original boot or the original firmware, probably you should flash the device with a new official firmware. Please take a look to this query.
