Reboot sms command not working RUT230

Hello,

I'm struggling with my RUT230, "status" sms command is working, the router send me back this:

"Router name - RUT230; WAN IP - ; Data Connection state - disconnected; Connection type - HSDPA+HSUPA; Signal Strength - -79 dBm; New FW available - No;"

but whenever I want to reboot the router with an sms "reboot" or "password reboot", the router doesn't reboot.

Do you have any ideas ?

Hello,

May i know if your number is allowed to perform any action?

Is the reboot functionality enabled in your router ?

What is the device firmware ?

Could you try upgrading to the latest ?
