Hello,

how to make sure that the mobile is switched off completely, i.e. it does not emit any radiation in a frequency quiet area?

Kind regards

Hi,

I have the same requirement, however using the command

gsmctl -D

disables the modem for 60s, then the modem is restarted. Is there a way how to shutdown the modem via ssh pernamently?

Thanks!

Hi,

There's a command that shutdowns the modem. https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/Gsmctl_commands#Shutdown_the_modem

gsmctl -D

The modem will boot up again on the restart, so you should put this command on cron every time it starts or just add the command to User Scripts.

I have the same experience - gsmctl -D only temporarily disables the modem. Did you manage to solve it?
