RUT 240 often disconnects.

Hi.

I just got a RUT240 and tried it for the first time this weekend. It keeps disconnecting and we have no contact with the router for minutes. When it comes back, it may work for a couple of minutes and then it can disconnect again....

I get -79 DB 4G/LTE.

I have the latest firmware.

The SIM card works in another smaller router (Huawei without antennas) but the reason we changed to RUT240 from the Huawei was to get better signal. When it works the signal is better, but it is frustrating when it keeps disconnecting.

Does anyone have tips on what to do? Maybe get external antennas?

Hi, did you find out what was wrong? I have the same problem. My RUTX09 is disconnecting randomly, some days several times in one hour. I have exported data to see if there is a bad signal or anything else with the signals that might trigger. However it never reaches bad levels, I cannot see any other reason or patterns.

Please share when you find out anything regarding the unit disconnecting.
