Hi Support,

The update device information in RMS is always failed. I already rebooted the concern device but to no avail. Kindly see attached screenshot for your reference.

May i know if device could be seen online on RMS?

Have you checked on device webui if its connected with RMS?

What device are you using ? Have you tried updating the device to the latest firmare?

Do you have enough credits and service for device is enabled in RMS?
