Hello,

I have a bunch of RU955 for a project and one of them has a problem regarding connection to mobile network. It doesn't connect to the mobile network, nor does it register the SIM card on neither of SIM trays. The reason I say it's a GSM modem problem is because on Mobile information all info is blank.

I tried different firmware versions and different configurations for mobile, but to no avail. I use the same firmware, the same config file, the same SIM card, the same everything on all other routers and they all have no issues.

I am wondering if there are other settings I could do in order to make it work, or else I will send it back to my supplier.

Thank you for contacting.

Could you please check what are the APN settings you are using ? Is it auto or manual ? Have you tried entering the APN manually.

Also its highly recommended to keep the device firmware updated.

Are you using both the mobile antennas provided in the box ?

If above doesn't helps.

Could you share a troubleshoot file for the device in DM? It could be downloaded in System>Administration>Troubleshoot

Before you download the troubleshot file please keep device firmware on latest insert both the mobile antennas and make sure to keep device on for 15-20 minutes then download the file.
