TRB245 Sending too many emails

Hi

I have programmed my TRB245 to send an email when D2 status changes (rising and falling). It's fairly simple and it worked well. Suddenly it started sending up to 14 emails with a single status change. One rising event makes it send constant emails going rising, falling rising, falling etc. I tried defaulting and reprogram, updating firmware, reboot and many other things. It just won't work now.

Can you please help

Hello,

Thank you for contacting. 

Can you share me with a ss for configurations you made on your side ?

Also share a troubleshoot file for the device , make sure device is on for 10-15 minutes before you download.

Troubleshoot file could be downloaded in System>Administration>Troubleshoot.
