Hello,

Regarding the issue, you are having could you check if the RUTX11 is able to reach Google DNS? You can do it in the Web UI of RUTX11 by navigating to System > Troubleshoot > Diagnostic then type 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4 and check if it is able to ping. Now if you are able to get ping results from Google.

You need to push the DNS IP address that your WiFi is using to all of your LAN devices. You can do that by adding push options in the DHCP config in doing so you need to navigate to Network > Interfaces > Edit LAN then in the DHCP Server go to Advanced Settings you will see DHCP-option now input 6,IP Address of the DNS Server of the WiFi network eg. (6,8.8.8.8,8.8.4.4

Let me know the results

Regards,
Mellow
