TRB140 mobile connected but no internet connection

TRB140. Implemented factory reset, used set-up wizard to reconfigure. Stays shows mobile connection in WEBGUI but no internet connection. tried manual setting of APN but no improvement.

Hello, 

Regarding the issue, you are having may I know if the TRB140 device is able to detect your sim card? Also, have you inserted the Mobile Antenna of TRB140? Could you share with me the values of the Mobile Signal parameters of TRB140 for RSSI, RSRP, RSRQ, and SINR.
