Hi, Having no success in connecting, need help!!!!!

When I press connect i get nothing apart from the message above. Need help also connecting to a remote unit on site. any guidance will be greatly appreciated.

May i know what are you trying to achieve ?

Are you trying to reach Rut950 that is on remote side ?

What IP address you have ?

Is it possible if you can draw a network diagram how is everything connected . What are IP addresses and ports used.

What is the firmware on device ?

Have you tried upgrading the device firmware to the latest ?

What network sim card using ?

If its mobile could try to send a status command to the router ?

Also you can update device firmware with sms utilities option in device .

You can use format "Password Action"
