Hello.

I use 2 Sims

They both worked fine till yesterday.

After the cards had no data left they stopped connecting to the net.

After top up of the cards they simply refuse to give me internet.

Although it shows that it has a data connection it doesn't go through to give access to the web .

Hello, 

It's a bit odd. But could you try rebooting the RUT955 and see if it is able to re-establish the connection? Also, may I know if you top-up both sim cards? Did you enable the SIM switching feature of RUT955 for this?
