Pedantic bug report - incorrect units used in GUI for Mobile Signal parameters.

In RUTX_R_00.02.06.1 (http://x.x.x.x/cgi-bin/luci/admin/status/realtime/mobile), incorrect units are used for SINR and RSRQ. These power ratios are not relative to a 1mW reference, so the units should be "db", not "dbm".

Apologies in advance for the pedantry.
