Question

As a new user i am able to setup the product. Everything seems like its working fine beside there are no packets received on the mobile connection. I have upgraded to the newest firmware RUTX_R_00.02.06.1

The sim card is perfectly working on another router (huawei).

Anything else that i can test, check or change?

Regarding this issue of yours could you share with me a copy of the troubleshoot file of your RUTX11.

But kindly follow the steps instructed below: 

1. Insert Sim Card to RUTX11 while it's still not powered on
2. Connect both Mobile Antennas to RUTX11. 
3. Power on the RUTX11 
4. Now after 5mins check if you are receiving network connectivity from the sim card. 
5. If you are not receiving network connectivity try disabling the Auto APN. [Navigate to Interfaces > Mob1s1a1 (SIM 1) to do so.]
6. If still there is no network connectivity try executing this in CLI: /etc/init.d/gsmd restart 
7. If still the issue is not solved. Kindly download the troubleshoot file from System > Administration > Troubleshoot
Note: DO NOT POWER OFF/REBOOT RUTX11 BEFORE TAKING THE TROUBLESHOOT FILE

Thanks, changing from Auto APN to custom APN did the trick.
