Hello all,

I have trouble recognizing RNDIS for TRB145. It is not recognized at all when plugged in with the USB cable and it is now unreachable. This happened recently, and I randomly get connection after reboots and factory resets, but not stable. Is there a problem with Win10 rndis driver or my company's firewall settings?Any ideas; It worked fine 6 months ago. It is not a cable problem, I have tried 2 cables.

Hi,

First of all, check if you're running the latest firmware version when you're able to connect.

The next thing you should try is connecting the TRB145 to some other kind of computer or another OS. This way we can determine where's the issue, the driver or the TRB itself. If there's no way to check it with another computer or OS, try out deleting the rndis driver in the device manager and installing it again through Windows update or manually.

Hi,

I had already checked two Win10 Pro computers where it had previously connected. I tried  two home computers, it connected with one of the two (Win10 Home). Works also with WinXp Pro laptop. I checked it runs Firmware TRB1_R_00.02.06.1 (latest). Each time it is not recognized, an rndis driver doesn't exist in device manager to begin with.

I will try to revert to TRB1_R_00.02.05.1 previously working firmware and let you know.

Thank you very much
